Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Probabil FM is a digital software product. After payment is authorized, we generally provide download and license access electronically through the website or the customer account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account and contact details and for checking the stated operating-system, host, and format requirements before purchase.

If mandatory consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase, that right applies subject to its legal conditions and exceptions.

Where immediate digital delivery begins during a withdrawal period, we will request any express consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law. Where those requirements are satisfied, the statutory withdrawal right may end when performance begins. If they are not satisfied, your statutory right is not removed by this policy.

If the product is not supplied, cannot be accessed, is materially defective, or does not conform to the contract, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will investigate and provide the repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Compatibility issues caused by an unsupported operating system, host, format, third-party plugin environment, or system configuration do not by themselves establish a defect. We will still review the circumstances fairly.

Email info@probabilaudio.com and include the purchaser name, order email, order reference if available, and the reason for the request. Do not send payment-card numbers or passwords.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times can depend on the payment provider and the issuing bank.

We may refuse a request or suspend delivery where there is evidence of payment fraud, chargeback abuse, serial sharing, piracy, or another material breach, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
