End User License Agreement

After a valid purchase, Probabil Audio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Probabil FM on devices you own or control for your personal or internal professional music production.

You may use the audio created with Probabil FM in your own musical works, recordings, performances, broadcasts, and commercial releases. The license does not give you ownership of the software itself.

Probabil FM may require a valid serial number and an online connection to verify the license. During verification, the software may send the serial number and receive a validation response from the Probabil Audio API, as described in the Privacy Policy.

A serial number is personal to the purchaser or permitted license holder. Do not publish, sell, share, or transfer it. We may refuse or disable a serial that is fabricated, duplicated through unauthorized distribution, revoked, expired, or used in material breach of this EULA.

You may not sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, publish, or share the software, installer, license key, or account access with another person. You may not make the software available through a file-sharing service or use it to provide a competing hosted service.

You may not remove copyright or proprietary notices, bypass license controls, modify or reverse engineer the software except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits it, or use the software for unlawful purposes.

Probabil Audio may provide updates, bug fixes, or compatibility improvements. An update may replace or supplement an earlier version and may be subject to additional terms. We may discontinue support for older operating systems or formats when reasonably necessary.

Support is provided at our discretion through the channels made available on the website. We do not guarantee that every issue can be resolved or that the software will work with every third-party host, operating system, or configuration.

Probabil FM is licensed, not sold. Probabil Audio and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property not expressly granted in this EULA.

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you materially breach its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies in your possession or control. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available under law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Probabil Audio does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probabil Audio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software. Nothing in this EULA limits consumer rights, statutory warranties, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

This EULA is governed by the laws applicable to the operator's registered office in Romania, without excluding mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence. Subject to those protections, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.

Installing, accessing, or using Probabil FM confirms that you have read and accepted this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software and contact us through the website.
